Kody leads operational strategy and service delivery across the Endure Critical Solutions’ platform, aligning field services execution, organizational development, and customer success initiatives to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Kody spent five years as VP Operations for a national independent service provider focused on data center services where he led operations, training, coordination and client success teams. His more than 15 years of experience in the mission critical environments started with tribal critical facility engineering management to working with Schneider Electric. Leading multiple diverse service business teams for Schneider, Kody was responsible for launching and growing service offerings in pursuit of global growth initiatives.

Known for his hands-on subject matter expertise, he thrives in solving internal and external performances with a focus on client success and business growth. Kody has worked in the critical power infrastructure for clients across the complete data center industry markets.

Kody has held operation and design-build roles focusing on creating and evolving service offerings, QA/QC, and integrated strategic transformations. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving organizational transformation, and developing scalable service strategies that strengthen customer outcomes and accelerate business growth.

He is a graduate from Southern Polytechnic State University with majors in civil engineering & business administration.
